VOXX Consultative Construction Services is a third-party service for owners and developers formed specifically to aid with independent evaluation and mapping of project progress, conflict resolution, cost modeling and government/municipal interface. Although VOXX can provide representation continuously throughout the course of a project, its core business model is platformed to offer expertise on an "as needed" hourly basis, thereby offering often needed services but only when critical to project outcome. Michael Vos, owner/founder, is directly involved with each engagement and brings over 20-years of broad construction experience to each assignment. Led the design and execution of marketing, acquisition, business capture strategies and budget with accountability for driving profitable and sustainable growth through project-specific approaches aimed at increasing customer acquisition and retention. As Project Executive led efforts for a 150-room Hilton Hotel; Forensic Sciences Laboratory; YMCA; and, Convention Center (20,000 sq.ft.) and accompanying 150-room Hilton Hotel.

Successfully met charge to lead comprehensive business development and marketing efforts positioning firm for unprecedented growth within both commercial and government sectors. Designed business capture program that helped propel annual sales by $100M with a project backlog of $400M at the end of calendar year 2004.

Recruited to locate, open, staff and manage new regional office in order to realize company growth plan of expanding business base to customers in the New York tri-state area. Held full project, operational and P&L accountability. Oversaw all account management and business develpment functions.

Initial role as corporate marcom VP, overseeing marketing team, proposal strategies, weekly sales meetings and communications protocols for 17 company locations. Promoted in 1996 to Senior VP to revive under-performing mid-Atlantic regional office suffering from repeated annual losses, a damaged reputation and misaligned resources.
