360 Project Management, LLC (360PMLLC) is a construction project management company. Our role and input is determined by the needs of our clients. Our services range from providing estimates to managing new construction. Specifically, we provide nationwide management services for new construction, expansions, remodels, facility management, and capital expenditures. Our work experience has allowed us the opportunity to work with both self-developments and franchises in retail, hospitality, and food services. In teaming with our clients, we help to define, create, manage, and execute the scopes of works in a timely and cost-effective manner that provides value. In working with our clients, we understand the need to communicate and coordinate amongst all relative departments (LP, Store Operations, Facilities, IT/LV, Legal, Real Estate…etc). Timely and relative information is the key to driving a successful project and partnership. From HVAC replacements to new builds, 360PMLLC is looking to build a long term value add partnership with our clients. Our vision is not from contract to contract, but how to build a relationship where 360PMLLC can provide value to help our clients to adapt and succeed in an ever-changing market.
