My beard does make me look a bit old but that is not a bad thing (actually it's a plus!)... I pride myself in being a calm, strong presence on my team and programs. I use my 30+ years of experience in the Information Technology field to confidently architect services & solutions for Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) storage technologies. No matter how urgent the timeframe is, I find that we all benefit from clear, practical thinking especially in the face of adversity. A cool demeanor can be infectious.A bit of background - I started in IT sales & support at major higher education institutions in the Boston area and then transitioned into the private sector working for a very successful global storage infrastructure company in Deploy and Support Services. Now I am focusing on HCI products for Hybrid Cloud environments and Cloud-as-a-Service solutions in these areas:• Deploy Services Offering Portfolio & SKU Design• Product Management • Business Operations • Support Services Offering Portfolio & SKU Design• Services Program Management• Cross Functional LeadershipOver the years, I have found even in work settings I really enjoy meeting people and creating strong relationships, especially with cross-functional teams. If I can help others, they almost always are willing to do something for me whenever I need it. And it's always great to learn something personal about someone as folks are more than their jobs. It makes those relationships stronger as it shows that we are more than just another employee.Outside of work, my focus is my kids (son & daughter) who are in high school & middle school. Both are very active in multiple sports and I try to support them by volunteering in their ice hockey town program. Full disclosure - I can't play hockey so I help with administrative tasks so everyone else can.
