To effectively deliver my responsibilities I utilise a wide range of IFS modules to ensure that all parts of the business are aligned. These include Business enablers, Manufacturing and Supply chain.

Macdonald Marine Heritage Hotel, North Berwick

Core member of staff employed to oversee 2 AA rosette fine dining and banqueting kitchen launch after £12m refurbishment of hotel. My role was on a consulting basis to ensure the hotel met high industry standards expected by hotel group with particular emphasis on menu development.
