Michael is a trainer, coach and facilitator who blends a rich and deep knowledge of NLP, Systemic Coaching and Constellations, Time To Think, and the Enneagram with his considerable experience of business and investment, to inspire change, growth and transformation. He leads numerous NLP programmes and specialises in training coaches to integrate NLP into their work. Having begun training in systemic coaching and constellations in 2015, he is inspired by its power, insight and the depth of understanding it brings. He is on the teaching team of Coaching Constellations Ltd., leading and co-facilitating ‘Fundamentals Part I and II’ in London and Dublin as well as the international Practitioner programmes on a regular basis.As the author of The Financial Times Guide to Making the Right investment Decisions (FT 2010), the role of values and purpose in decision-making, for both personal and organisational success, is at the heart of his work.
