Working for many companies, including CBS Sports, ESPN, Showtime, Big Ten Network, Verizon FiOS, the Ivy League Network, and MSG Varsity, I have been the graphics operator and/or statistician for events ranging from the NFL to Little League Baseball. I am well-versed in AJT's LiveBook and NewTek's LiveText graphics packages, and StatCrew statistics software. I am known for my preparedness, as I read media guides and news articles, study team statistics and league leaders, and analyze the teams' previous meetings before an event. I find story lines that others would never noticed. My job is a wonderful blend of being proactive and reactive, with constant multitasking and always staying alert.

I was a researcher for the Olympic Games in London, Rio, and PyeongChang, and was fortunate enough to work out of South Korea in 2018. I created event previews, recaps, and name pronunciation guides; logged interesting stories, facts, and statistics; and aided the broadcast teams. There is a heavy emphasis on finding background details on athletes and competitions, via both individual work and coordination with other researchers both in the US and on-site. I have covered over a dozen different sports at NBC, and maintain a research-focused Twitter account followed by multiple gold medalists.

I have logged play-by-play information for NFL games since 2012. In early 2013, once NBC Sports operations moved to Stamford, I also logged NHL, NBA, and college basketball games; I began working at NBC Sports again in October, 2015.

I was in charge of the Events and Scores project for SPORTS195.com, which encompassed events, box scores, standings, and statistics. I headed a six-person international development team in building a feature-rich, easy-to-use statistics application for both site employees and users. I was also influential in the content department of SPORTS195, and I was sent to our office in Hyderabad, India, to lead the site's coverage of the 2014 Winter Olympics, and became the first non-executive sent by the company to a foreign branch. My goals included making adding and updating data simpler, creating new standings and statistics initiatives to drive more users to the site, and implementing more event data from external providers. The position required me to have knowledge of league formats and statistical categories for hundreds of sports from around the world. Additionally, I wrote JIRA tickets for bugs and new features, helped create infographics, copyedited major pages, and wrote brief descriptions of teams and athletes.

I researched information relating primarily to doctors and other health care providers (HCPs), but also universities, hospitals, and medical organizations, for pharmaceutical companies. This involved building databases of HCPs and rating doctors based on published papers, positions held, speaking engagements, and other criteria. I led projects regarding the analyzation of doctors' résumés and finding medical board sanctions against HCPs.

I did StatCrew and other statistics input for baseball, basketball, football, soccer, ice hockey, and other sports. I worked hundreds of baseball and ice hockey games and covered, among other events, the 2008 Summer Olympics and the men's and women's basketball Final Fours.
