Throughout my diverse career I have been fortunate to experience and lead transformation efforts across industries, sectors, and even continents. Working with individuals and teams to understand their critical priorities, leveraging empathy and an energized approach – high-stakes transformation is tough and possible.Many of my favorite projects have been centered around developing “firsts” – from pioneering task forces early in my career to architecting and building new practices at leading consulting firms. My legal background has been fundamental in shaping how I think critically about challenges and approach implementing them as well. I appreciate seeing all the moving elements and helping people and organizations navigate change from ideation to execution.
