-Managed a staff of 4 trading support professionals providing coverage for the BGC Repo desk comprising 15+ brokers in the Repurchase Agreement market.-Developed and implemented a dynamic Operations Pricing engine, introducing significant and measurable operational efficiencies across the enterprise, realizing an 80 percent reduction in operational errors.-Managed the day to day operations and maintenance of integrated, real-time links between BGC’s “BGC Trader” system with more than 100 banks and broker/dealers in the Repurchase Agreement market.-Trading floor liaison for BGC Developers and technicians to support the installed and proprietary trading and operational systems of BGC’s Repo trading group.-Integrated and maintained, through the use of Bloomberg applications, a pricing model that helped facilitate desk operations.-Reporting to the senior floor manager, I assisted in the hiring process of new support staff. Enlisted as a Private and served over 4 years of active duty specializing in communications functions that required a high security clearance. I was honorably discharged as a Sergeant at the end of my active service.
