CurrentResponsible for HR support of a book of business of 49 clients in western states. Provides tools, resources, and guidance so clients and businesses can thrive in employee relations, conflict resolution, policy compliance, knowledge and application of state-specific laws and regulations, handbook editing and review, and resolution of complex HR situations by email and phone conversations.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS★Hired as the very first Insperity HR service team member in the state of Utah to represent the company and provide exceptional service to clients.★Assigned and launched harassment training successfully for an entire employee population for a client in October through HCM Insperity Premier.★Helped organize and execute multiple climate and engagement surveys for clients to help them identify areas of opportunity for improvement.★Reviewed, ratified, set proper expectations, and delivered many separation and release agreements/severance agreements for clients.
