Operating Partner
Current- Develop strategic and operational plans, lead execution, and analyze results for 8 locations and 2 commissary kitchens- Provide support to managers and team members to enable our teams to enhance the seed. experience for guests and increase profitability- Prospect for opportunities in Florida and oversee the franchisee process - Monitor restaurant operations to ensure compliance with Florida food and safety standards- Train management on customer service and sales techniques- Review and analyze financial reports weekly to improve profitability - Ensure team members are aware of upcoming events or promotions- Managing the scheduling of team members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and not overstaffing during slow hours- Hiring and training protocols for new team members along with terminating team members who are underperforming or poor fits for our culture- Maintain communication with our suppliers and chef to ensure food, beverage and supplies are of highest quality with competitive pricing - Establish long-term business goals to improve the overall performance and growth- Ensure policies, procedures, and standards are followed - Handle guest inquiries and investigate guest complaints while taking appropriate action to resolve them- Monitor inventory levels and order food, beverage, and supplies as needed- Prepare financial reports for managers- Monitor building maintenance with monthly and quarterly PM plans to ensure all equipment is maintained, operated, and in good working condition- Assist in product development for F&B program- Review P&L with accounting monthly - Responsible for marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and advertising budgets- In three years, I helped grow our Instagram followers from 12K to 60K+ with strategic advertising campaigns and partnerships - in 2024, contributed to record sales and highest growth rate YOY for our oldest location of 10 years- named in Worlds Top 100 Coffee Shops in 2024-2025
