RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver expert support for critical systems during initial rollout of Coles' Accelerated Loss Prevention Program - Primary focus on 'Smart Gates' project, facilitating deployment to over 300 Coles supermarkets- Additional support provided to 'Skip Scan' & 'Bottom of Trolley' projects, deployed to over 2000 Assisted Self Checkouts across Coles supermarkets- Expertise in ITAB, Everseen and a wade array Coles and third-party software to effectively address technical issues and support end-users - Engage internal and external stakeholders as required for cross platform issue resolution- Process improvements aimed at enhanced operational efficiency, streamlined workflows and improved knowledge base articles

RESPONSIBILITIES- Execution of online marketing campaigns across Autobarn, Autopro, Midas and ABS Auto- Website updates and management via Magento, WordPress and SAP Hybris- Maintain and improve product content, with a focus on customer experience, SEO andmaximizing conversions- Ownership of e-Commerce order fulfilment, including both ‘Click & Collect’ and ‘Ship From Store’- Reporting and analysis using Google Analytics and CRM tools- Development and testing various aspects of Autobarn e-Commerce re-platform project

RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure successful dispatch and fulfilment of online orders within strict deadlines to ensurecustomer satisfaction- Manage site and product content across Shopify and exterior marketplaces including eBay,Amazon, TradeMe and Catch- Liaise with offshore Customer Service staff to deliver timely resolution of any order problemsincluding stock shortages, shipping errors and any other escalated issues
