I currently maintain and supervise Marines with all tasks associated with the Metrology and Calibration Lab. Ensure each Marine understands his task assigned and has the proper training to carry out the task.

Supervised, trained and led all aspects of Marine Corps Recruting Station Wilson NC. Trained marines in all aspects of Professional Selling Skills, as well as MC3 processes to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual missions were a success.

In charge of recruiting high quality individuals to attend Marine Corps recruit trianing. Met all quality standards set forth by my command and served as the second in command or A/ before being given my own recruiting station to take care of.
