Using my understanding of Shaver Shop's business and its consumers I created several products for the group that have all maintained top 10 spots in sales volumes since their creation. Shaver Guard has held the number 1 position on this list since shortly after its launch over 10 years ago. Not only were these products created by us, we also continue to source, manufacture and distribute these products to the group as a going concern. We continue to work closely with the groups CEO and other management to develop and implement new products and strategies to increase store profits and customer satisfaction.Our recent rebranding and new web site have resulted in a beautiful interface with an improved customer experience for both stores and end users. It has also created a seamless back end with full automaton and significant improvements in efficiency.

Click Corporation was a concept created to offer a platform where multiple niche on-line stores could be created in a variety of categories.It was born out of the customers desire to buy from a "product expert" and reputable business regardless of the item they were shopping for and the ability to offer this from a relatively small base as a result of recent advances in on-line technologies.It attempts to maximise customer satisfaction and sales while utilising the efficiencies of current available technologies.Clicktoys.com.au is the first fully operational e-commerce store to come from the business. We run the traditional bulk buy, store and distribute in-house model in addition to the lower cost drop-shipping structure from around 10 suppliers. We have recently partnered with managed warehouses in Melbourne. Sydney and New Zealand to improve efficiencies and lower overheads. Our intention is to minimise overheads at every opportunity by outsourcing as much as possible in order to offer the best prices to our customers while remaining profitable.We use cloud based applications for every part of the business and take advantage of available automation as much as possible.

Crisp Solutions is a company that exists as some what of an umbrella for the majority of businesses that I am involved in. It was the first business I created to handle the distribution of products to Shaver Shop that were recently rebranded to Guard Shaving. Operating mainly as a product development and marketing company we have had experience in creating, importing, sourcing, distributing, warehousing, licensing and selling. Our customers include the end user, small business franchise owners, medium size retail groups including Shaver Shop and Forty Winks (80 stores), catalogue marketing companies like Chrisco, global retailers like Costco and leading automotive manufacturers PACCAR (Kenworth and DAF trucks).Our partnerships include NRL (National Rugby League), Cricket Australia, PACCAR, iRest Massage Chairs, Heatshot and Shaver Shop.Our goal is to continue to find exciting opportunities in business and provide mutually beneficial relationships to our partners.
