Executive Director of the leading Entrepreneurship Development center in Israel. Responsible for the operation and business development of the center.Activity consists of more than 100 consultants and business trainers which provide training and counseling to 4,200 entrepreneurs, start-ups and small businesses annually.

Member of the Professional Committee of Tevet (a cooperative venture of JDC and the Israeli Government to develop employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for young people and persons with disabilities) Alongside my professional activities in Israel to promote business initiatives and social entrepreneurship, I have since 1995 taken an active role in creating such projects in Eastern and Central Europe (Bosnia-Herzegovina; Bulgaria; Croatia; Hungary; Romania; Russia; Serbia; Turkey; and the Ukraine) as part of the International Development Program of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee. In the Czech Republic I also evaluated a number of employment-oriented projects for Roma organized by Nadace Via with the support of the JOINT. For the past two years I have become involved as well in furthering the efforts of the Nadace Via Academy for Social Entrepreneurship.
