I am in charge of selling floor heating, snow melting, and heat trace, on all multi-unit residential projects, on the entire East Coast. I scour various sources for leads, then use my relationships and cold-calling skills to attack from the top down, starting at the developer/engineer/architect level, to secure the specification. Once that is secured, through use of CRM, I track the project as it advances, and sell to the general contractor, or a sub-contractor, to ensure the project uses our products. During my tenure here, I have grown our multi-unit residential market from 500k to over 1.5 million dollars in annual sales, and I've been a leader on a team of 9 guys, helping contribute to increased sales across the board on the East Coast.

I mastered the inner workings of public bid work in water/waste water, railroad, and transit using tools like the Dodge Report. I also handled B2B sales to privately owned businesses like pharmaceutical plants, food processing plants, power and gas companies, and telecommunication companies.

I manage 22 accounts throughout the metro New York area. I generate primary demand for our products by obtaining leads, aggressively tracking down architects, contractors, builders and property management companies. From there I sell them on the features and benefits of using our products over the competition, and then bring that new business through my existing accounts.

I have had as many as four and as little as two hourly employee's under my supervision for the past 2 1/2 years.

I managed three reggae bands for Lion's Pride Entertainment in NC. My main duties were booking shows, print and radio promotions, negotiating compensation, and tour planning (hotels, travel, etc.)
