However, he specializes in Medical and Office Properties, Industrial Properties, Investment Properties, 1031 exchanges, Development, Corporate Site Selection & Relocation, Real Estate Consulting, Lease cost analysis, and Land Sales.Michael Corbin’s endeavors have included:• Development of a 62,000 square foot medical office project • 15 acre ocean front mixed-use hospitality project• Repositioning of “B” office product to medical office• Procurement of a multi-state distribution and fulfillment facilities• Sales of over 25 mixed use office and industrial buildings • Sales of multi-tenant and single tenant office properties Mr. Corbin has also completed lease and purchase transactions in Kentucky, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, New York and of course in California. Many of the national sales were the result of 1031 exchange needs of Mr. Corbin’s clients. Other notable transactions include sales and leases totaling over 2 million square feet ranging in size from 3,000sf to over 200,000sf of industrial and office space in the greater Los Angeles area, pre-leasing to final lease up, management of a 80,000sf class A office project, the re-positioning and leasing of a 200,000sf hospital-based medical campus in Los Angeles. Mr. Corbin can also provide financing for his clients through his deep relationships in commercial banking. He is well versed in both conventional and SBA debt structure.
