Administers the operation of all Library District public service agencies, including Rawlings Circulation Services, Rawlings Reference and Readers’ Advisory Services, Rawlings Youth Services, the InfoZone Museum at the Rawlings Library, Satellites and Outreach Services, the Pueblo West Library, the Barkman Library, the Lamb Library and the Library @ the Y.

To serve as a leader of the Youth Services Department, working to help every child become successful, happy and smart. This involves developing and participating in services and programs customized to meet the recreational, educational, and social interests and needs of families and youth of all ages. This position works with the district’s team of managers to ensure consistency and influence change throughout public services. This position will assume a leadership role in the development and implementation of summer reading programming for the district, growing to eight locations and a Books in the Park program in 2014.

The Youth/ Teen Librarian position worked within the Youth Services Department to provide district-wide leadership in the development of library services and programs for teens including the Summer Reading Program, Anime Clubs, Teen Advisory Committees, and additional programs throughout the year. This position focused on promoting engagement in the use of library resources and services available to teens in the community.
