Assisting the Account Managers with managing,tracking and reviewing the effectiveness of all corporate sponsorship related activations and elements during team events including Canuck home games, Canuck superskills, as well as in-arena/out-of-arena Corporate & Community events. Major roles in this faced paced position was to manage and oversee various sponsor related promotions and all sponsor activations during a Game night and special event including: -Monitoring building set-up before game nights and special events.-Identifying errors in the building delivery in regards to all corporate advertisement and displays.-Executing In-arena/out-of-arena sponsor promotions with corporate partners.-Contacting various contest winners, escorting contestants for in-game promotional delivery.-Assist with the set-up and delivery of promotions-Assist with ingress and egress handouts before and after games-Proactively look for new ways to create incremental business ideas and opportunities for all activations and forms of advertisement in sports marketing-Provide Photos and Video of all Sponsor elements that is branded along with the Canucks to be used in the Business Development’s monthly and annual reports.-Communicating positive and negative feedback on growth of all related sponsor activity during specific events to guarantee that all marketing goals and objectives were met with all internal departments.
