• Review manufacturing record books (MRB’s) of oil & gas field equipment to ensure that all materials supplied to/by Cameron meet the relevant standards as outlined by the regulatory authorities. Furthermore to ensure all materials were appropriately manufactured & tested as per the relevant quality plans and results obtained meet the relevant material requirements. To also ensure a complete record of traceability for components used during assembly.• Issue notifications of inspection, to inform customers of witness/inspection points which occur during the manufacturing lifetime of their goods.• To be always aware of product quality issues. In the event of non conformances, a report (NCR) would be created outlining the quality defect. In this case, it would be the quality engineers’ responsibility to delegate with inter-departments, to ascertain the root cause of the defect and implement a preventive measure. If possible, a corrective measure would also be implemented to amend the material in question to the required product quality demands.

Communicated with contractors in various fields of expertise such as construction, demolition, electricians, closed circuit security cameras and suppliers of truck washes to scope specific jobs which wished to be undertaken by Dairygold.Tendered costs of specific jobs from the above mentioned contractors. Prepared Proposal Initiation Documents. Attended various meetings concerning jobs undertaken by the contractors.Updated several P&ID’s where the plant layout was affected by specific jobs.
