Lead Bag Room Attendant:-In charge of making sure all of the other bag room attendants were completing their tasks and providing quality service-Delegated tasks for the other bag room attendants if the outside operations supervisor was not present-Handled any issues on the golf course if the ranger was not presentStarter:-Opened up the cart barn and set up the outside portion of the golf department every morning-Regulated the order of the golf course by ensuring every member proceeded to the tee box on time and stayed on pace throughout their round-Communicated with the pro shop attendant and bag room attendants of any changes to the tee sheet to ensure all employees of the department were on the same page at all times

-Opened and closed the restaurant every day-In charge of managing both the front and back of house staff to ensure that the restaurant was running efficiently-Consistently checked on customers to ensure exemplary customer service-Communicated with the owner every day to inform him of what needed to be ordered for the next day-Handled the daily cash flow of the restaurant

Bag Room:-Loaded members' golf bags on golf carts and prepared them to play on the course-Scrubbed golf clubs when members finished with their round-Washed dirty golf carts to provide future members with clean golf carts-Picked balls off the driving range so members consistently had enough to practicePro Shop:-Answered phone calls to assist members with any questions they had or any tee times/tournaments that they wanted to sign up for-Sold merchandise and charged members for their golf rounds using the POS system-Assisted Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional, and Assistant Golf Professional with any tournaments that they were setting up or tasks that they needed help completing-Ran inventory checks once a month to inform the Director of Golf with what was in stock and what needed to be ordered

-Assisted the Pro Shop Attendant with anything he needed help with and did the little things to maintain the order of the golf course-Washed the dirty golf carts so customers had clean carts to drive-Picked up the balls off the driving range so that pro shop could continue to sell range balls-Took out the trash in the pro shop so that it stayed clean throughout the day.

-Occasionally came in and worked behind the counter, selling merchandise and batting cage rentals to customers-Helped coach at the baseball instructional camps and taught the kids how to properly swing a bat, catch a ball, and just play the game the way it is meant to be played
