• Animation is now shown to incoming graduate students on how to mentor their students in the classroom.

• Worked with Adobe Animate, Audacity, Adobe Premiere Rush, and Adobe Illustrator to complete the animation.
• Animation is shown to the new graduate students coming into the university. The video shows the importance of feedback and its connection with race. Based on The Mentor’s Dilemma written by Cohen and colleagues. Worked.

• Answering inbound calls from customers, putting together estimates by virtual walk through and booking them.
• Dispatching trucks on Saturday mornings.
• Resolving issues or obstacles that occur during a moving job.
• Booked moves for: local, third-party, and business moves. (CSR's are responsible for 90% of the incoming revenue)

• Worked with brokers on DAT to book freight loads for customers.
• Data entry for “building” loads for broker’s using Freight Hawk software.
• Tracked loads using software or contacting carriers to get updates on current shipments.
• Helped with our Night Tracking team to help Vice President Brokers; grew the team from one office to the whole Midwest.
