While at Tundra, he led their human resource department, the Acceleration Center for Entrepreneurs (www.TundraACE.com), and growth initiatives via partnerships and acquisitions. After graduating from the University of Manitoba in 2003, Mike earned his Fellowship of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and Fellowship of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA), then spent over a decade in Winnipeg, Toronto, and Dublin with the Canada Life group of companies in a variety of leadership roles, including sales, operations, financial reporting, and risk management.
