Responsible for process optimization as well as securing implementation for new accounts within Randstad Inhouse Services.

Responsible for major projects including a brand new invoicing system as well as a thorough investigation and calculation of change management system regarding fashion clothing distribution.

Upon changing the old structure with depots in most every city in Denmark, Carlsberg centralised this function and created 2 major Distribution Centres in Denmark. I was managing the planning department of distribution in the western part of Denmark.

Had people management and responsibility for daily planning of distribution towards supermarkets in the southern part of Jylland as well as Fyn. Also responsible for invoicing.
