My practice focuses on the state and local tax implications of mergers and acquisitions. I lead consulting projects involving tax due diligence, structuring and gain modeling, as well as other state and local tax matters such as voluntary disclosure agreements, research memoranda, nexus studies, etc.

My practice focuses on State and Local Tax ("SALT") consulting matters pertaining to corporate income tax, sales and use tax, various tax credits/incentives and other SALT matters. I am a regional leader in Grant Thornton LLP's national SALT Mergers and Acquisitions practice, managing SALT due diligence and structuring projects across the country. I also work on drafting tax appeal petitions, writing legal memoranda, managing tax audits, managing and reviewing the preparation of state income tax returns, and drafting tax articles on current legislation and cases. I was promoted to Senior Manager in 2017.

I drafted legal documents and memoranda on matters of corporate and alternative entity law. My work generally forcused on matters of Delaware law. I also monitored new Delaware legal decisions and drafted case summaries and analyses.

I prepared legal research for attorneys and accountants in the Division of Enforcement.

I conducted accounting and market research for Enforcement personnel.
