Design, document, and implement software solutions for business problems, manage a team of offshore, onshore, and in-office developers, and handle day-to-day software support from business users.Managed the big bang migration of 75 EDI trading partners from an old, custom MXP (ERP) environment to a new SAP environment, and onto Dell Boomi middleware. Documented and trained a team to handle day-to-day and new EDI implementations.Created a set of reporting cubes and a budgeting/forecasting solution using IBM Cognos Express to allow for more efficient and accurate fiscal planning. Then created a bigger, better reporting/budgeting/forecasting solution using SAP BW and BPC when we migrated to SAP ERP.Implemented a workflow on code testing and deployment to greatly reduce the number of QC issues resulting from changes we made to our ERP system. Heavily leverage JIRA for tracking, status reporting, and planning work schedules, and Confluence for Documentation. Tax logic and setup is very complicated in Brazil.
