Michael DeCampo joined Adfinitas Health in 2016, as Chief Financial Officer, bringing 30 years’ finance, operations, management and leadership experience, primarily within the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Adfinitas Health, he worked with INOVA HealthCare Services and served as Director of Finance for an 830+ bed not-for-profit Hospital with a level-1 trauma center, as well as Interim Chief Operating Officer and Director of Finance for a large pediatric sub-specialty group. In these roles, Mike directed and led the financial, operational and decision support reporting for the hospital and provider group. He was instrumental in creating operating budgets and practice acquisition strategies.He is well versed with both hospital and provider EMRs, such as EPIC and All-Scripts. Mike is also experienced with creating physician compensation and productivity models and improving revenue cycle administration.
