About Michael Desando

I attended Cal Poly SLO where I earned my Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering. My thesis is a Universal Programmable Battery Charger with Battery Management System attachment. To learn more visit: http://digitalcommons.calpoly.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=2518&context=thesesOr search my name on Google followed by battery charger.I was in IEEE and was President of the Electric Vehicle Engineering Club (EVEC).During that time I interned at Texas Instruments for three summers as a Test/Design Engineer and an Application Engineer. Now I have been working full time as an Application Engineer since September 2015. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to: voltage regulators, voltage supervisors/reset ICs, voltage references, microcontroller applications and programming, battery chargers, battery management systems, circuit design/applications, and power management.I am interested in technology and futuristic ideas and applications. I like problem solving and making a difference!
