Led strategy, planning, program, and people development for the most successful Olympic ski and snowboard teams worldwide. Oversaw the work of 4 professional teams and 4 development teams, including 75 Olympic-level athletes, 12 specialty coaches, 4 videographers, 4 equipment technicians, and 4 physical therapists. Directed all staff hiring and training, athlete identification and development, scheduling, logistics, sponsorship, and marketing efforts for the teams. Managed all team and staff transportation for training and events. Oversaw 40 buses and drivers based at high-performance facility. Developed detailed scheduling plans to ensure all participants arrived at the appropriate place and time.

Oversaw arrival process of 40 athlete teams and transfer of Team USA delegation to Olympic Village. Managed team processing, fitting, and disbursement and delivery of uniforms.

Head coach for premier snowboard academy in U.S. Trained future Olympic medal champions and competed at Junior World Championships. Grew team from 12 to 50 athletes.

Manchester, Vermont, United States

Co-directed one of largest amateur snowboard competition series in U.S. Developed resort partner relationships, and sponsorships. Focused on creating safe and fair competitions. Hosted 200 athletes per event at 10-12 competitions per season.
