Led strategy, planning, program, and people development for the most successful Olympic ski and snowboard teams worldwide. Oversaw the work of 4 professional teams and 4 development teams, including 75 Olympic-level athletes, 12 specialty coaches, 4 videographers, 4 equipment technicians, and 4 physical therapists. Directed all staff hiring and training, athlete identification and development, scheduling, logistics, sponsorship, and marketing efforts for the teams. Developed reputation as top NGB in terms of planning, success, infrastructure, and dedicated training center.• Grew organization to best-in-world success through excellent organization, communication, and innovation.• Improved athlete performance and experience by leading cutting innovations in sport technology, including instant video playback systems and GPS wearables.• Launched Snowboard Slopestyle, Freeski Slopestyle, and Freeski Halfpipe teams in 2011 in preparation for the 2014 Winter Olympics. • Created training opportunities in locations including New Zealand, Australia, and Austria, by developing relationships with resorts and training providers.• Led detailed planning efforts; collaborated with leadership of each team to negotiate annual calendars and budget. • Developed partnerships with resort venues, donors, corporate sponsors, and the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Foundation. • Funded new initiatives and innovations by effectively managing donor development and relations. • Directed partnership with US Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC). Prepared presentations in collaboration with the executive team outlining past successes and future initiatives.• Level 400 Certified Snowboard & Freeski Coach.
