• Managed a team responsible for creating and managing reporting tools across all network platforms and technologies. Siterra for all cell site inventory and MetaSolv for circuit inventory. These systems contained all information about cell site and circuit assets (address, expense, escalations, equipment information, land owner, tower owner, carrier, etc…).• Developed new processes within inventory systems to track projects to their completion including tower construction, new equipment installation, new circuit installation, circuit decommissioning, or any other modification within the network. This was a task oriented system that was fully automated and helped streamline all network projects.• • Primary Engineering SME for all government funded project and auctions (including Mobility Fund and FirstNet). Developed strategy for bidding to help set bid amounts and successfully captured $20M for rural broadband buildouts.• Primary Engineering SME for all spectrum auctions. Develop a spectrum need map based on capacity projections as well as new market opportunities. Helped the company determine market value for spectrum based on need and market opportunity

• Developed project development process to ensure all projects will provide economic benefit to company and ensure timely deployment. This was a gating process developed to help the company know when it was appropriate to use resources (i.e. capital, employees, time, etc…). This process helped the company focus on those projects with the biggest impact to the business.• Responsible for developing capacity thresholds across the voice and data network and assisting with development of tools for forecast and trend network growth. This was critical in improving network performance due to the fact it requires roughly 6-12 months to build a new tower should one be needed for capacity.• Created and analyzed current spectrum position and provide recommendations for any spectrum acquisition opportunities.• Created model to assist with prioritization of new cell site build opportunities across the network based on cost, market opportunity, potential revenue, and roaming expense offset. This model helped save approx. $500K monthly in roaming expense.• Worked to develop key performance indicator reports to identify problem areas in network and assist in resolution to minimize Churn impacts.• Developed a network budget process to effectively and efficiently create a budget in line with company growth, goals, and objectives.• Developed RFPs for new technology deployments and worked with vendors to determine the best possible solution. Created a requirement document for all device manufactures to adhere to when launching a new device within the network.
