At TRAK Kayaks I lead operations and sales, collaborate on partnership development opportunities and manage our ambassador program with passionate individuals across North America. This hands-on role has me leading the sales team, developing systems for improvement, fielding sales and service calls and working with the management team and owner to develop business plans and strategies to move the TRAK brand forward. - Oversee operations and systems, CRM and website and on-line Store.- Plan and lead weekly and monthly business meetings implementing some of the EOS framework.- Lead and provide support to the sales team to reach monthly sales goals. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop email marketing campaigns, digital advertising, monitor google analytics and enhance web pages. - Collaborate with the TRAK management team to market and grow our global Trips & Tours offering. - Implemented an activation effort to the current ambassador program to revitalize sales growth and laid out a road map for future development. - Work with software systems to optimize and improve, most notably a CRM sales pipeline system.- Provide feedback and insight to the overall team on overall service standards, response times and communication automations required to optimize and provide more efficient service.
