I have aviation specific training in safety investigation and aviation SMS. Further qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources and Industrial Relations) and an Associate Diploma in Business (Credit Management) from the University of South Australia.I offer expertise in the areas of safety management system development, strategic planning, safety assurance, complex investigations, risk management, performance measurement, training, change management, coaching and developing staff with a strong focus on collaboration and consultation. I am pragmatic, results focused and am committed to providing a high standard of service.My goal is to develop solutions that enable organisations to meet their health and safety duties, to achieve compliance with internal and external stakeholder requirements and to promote a continuous improvement philosophy.
