I have an extensive Non-Executive career, and I am currently a director of AIFM Limited, Chair (property investment and management), Credit Clear Ltd (ASX listed, fintech, digital) Beveridge Williams Pty Ltd, Chair (engineers and consultants), Greater Metropolitam Cemetery Trust, Chair, A-Gas Australia Pty Ltd( industrial and refrigerant gases), and Star Service International Pty Ltd, Servicing the retail sector including packaging solutions. I have previously been a director of Viatek Group (technology & managed services), Service Stream Limited (ASX listed-industrial services), and OMI Limited (ASX listed- medical services). Previously Director and Chair of Alcohol and Drug Foundation for 18 years. Having commenced my career at KPMG, where I was a partner, I have developed strong skills and practice in finance, risk and governance. My time at KPMG has been enhanced by a 15-year executive career, including CFO, COO, and CEO roles.  My time as an executive provided experience in the digital space, sales and marketing, and heavily operationally focussed activities. I am seasoned in developing and implementing business strategies, and over the years, have led numerous acquisitions, restructuring activities and on-market capital raising. I have a passion for mentoring executives, and I am a Chair of the CEO Circle. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Australia and New Zealand and a Fellow Australian Institute of Company Directors.
