• Duties: Represent entire nation’s enroute operations as national negotiator for development of Operational Data Management System (ODMS). • Along with terminal counterpart, solely negotiated and facilitated full replacement of outdated NOTAM data processing and associated flight data integration into upgraded NAS systems.• Represented all FAA enroute air traffic controllers in a project team with FAA managers, technicians, project managers, and contractors. Project required detailed testing, budget controls, and delivery. Resulted in streamlined movement of data across the NAS allowing air traffic operations to instantly have pertinent information at the operational positions increasing customer safety.
