Schedule all training evolutions to include over 12 million dollars in assets. Insuring all timelines are met and within budget. Negotiate and evaluate the procurement of new training assets and equipment to insure maximum training value and safety. Effective communicator to all levels of management and subordinates. Establish goals and initiatives, Insuring a comprehensive direction and understanding of training. Subject matter expert on communications, engineering, weapons, tactics, and live fire evolutions insuring all safety procedures are met and complied in accordance with Naval Special Warfare guidelines. These currently include the MK V Special Operations Craft, NSW 11M Rigid-Hull Inflatable Boat and Special Operations Craft Riverine, future platforms such as the Combatant Craft Medium (CCM) and modifications to Navy ship Programs of Record to allow them interoperability with NSW combatant craft. Conducted market research, and evaluated commercially available solutions for procurement. Key participant representing end-users at semi-annual program review for the NSW 11M RIB and MK-V Programs.
