As a trial attorney focused on legal malpractice and commercial litigation, I have built my practice on being a lawyer other lawyers turn to when they have a problem. I seek to advocate effectively and ethically for my clients and to distill complex cases into compelling stories for a jury. A weekend marathoner and past Ironman finisher, my discipline and work ethic are consistent in and out of the courtroom. My practice includes a wide array of complex litigation matters, including legal malpractice, professional liability, contract disputes, intellectual property, business torts, insurance coverage, and personal injury. I have been honored by Benchmark Litigation, Best Lawyers in American, and Thompson Reuters Super Lawyers. At Beck Redden I served as Pro Bono Coordinator, during which time the firm received the Houston Bar Foundation 2012 and 2013 Awards for Outstanding Small Firm Contribution to the Houston Volunteer Lawyers. My activities in the legal community also include serving on the Board of Trustees for the Houston Lawyer Referral Service and my role as a Committee Member and Arbitrator for the Houston Bar Association Fee Dispute Committee.
