Macroeconomics, Trade and Investment (MTI) Global Practice- Delivered multi-day workshops to Ministries of Finance throughout Africa and the Middle East on public finances, BOOST databases and Public Expenditure Review analyses.- Led several World Bank missions to Africa and the Middle East, meeting with Ministries of Finance and sectoral ministries, introducing BOOST data analysis platform and demonstrating its utility in answering policy questions, including the identification and analysis of social expenditures.- Contributing author to several chapters of World Bank Public Expenditure Reviews, including macro-fiscal (analyzing macro-fiscal trends, estimating fiscal impulses, cyclicality of spending) and sectoral (equity, efficiency, and effectiveness analyses) chapters- Managed other consultants to generate products for Public Expenditure Reviews, Economic Briefs, and Country Economic Updates.

Governance Global Practice- Assisted multiple government clients to achieve more transparency in their public finances by constructing online revenue and expenditure databases using data from national treasury systems for The World Bank's BOOST public finances transparency data platform (Senegal, Togo, Cameroon).- Assisted government clients and international organization partners to establish National Education Accounts, encompassing public, private, and household contributions (Togo, Burkina Faso).
