As a senior director, coordinated and supervised the supporting staff’s information management and strategic asset allocation for an organization of 18,000 International Security Assistance Force; managed the employment of medical evacuation aviation assets (30 aircraft) and served as the release authority for all medical evacuation missions supporting 800 battlefield casualties. Utilized network based proprietary software systems to manage and track personnel and resources in real-time to enhance communication between units conducting combat operations across six provinces. Monitored and maintained the situational awareness of the operations cell by tracking numerous divisional training activities and demonstrated quality control of daily situational reports briefed to the division commander.
