Delivered new data delivery architecture alongside an existing one in under one year. This doubled processing capacity and allowed for integration of data quality controls. Migrated largest client from home-grown legacy back office system to modernized bank system, eliminating need to operate and support 2 systems, saving $5M/yr.•Remediated over 100 system vulnerabilities and reduced system risk by migrating to new servers, including Oracle Exadata, redundant PROD sites and lower regions. Completed the project on schedule by coordinating with multiple teams and leadership including infrastructure, operations, QA and development teams.•Streamlined QA processes by creating a tool that automated all phases of testing.
