Today, as Chief Operations Officer (COO), Michael is responsible for ensuring that all of our technology and processes are aligned to maximize the impact we can make on our customers. In this role Michael oversees the CTO, CIO, HR, Data and Service Operations functions of Ramsey Solutions. He serves on the company’s Operating Board and reports to the CEO.
