I am the Graphic Designer at Green Bay Packaging Inc – Fremont Division. We are a privately held, family owned company utilizing reverse integration for over 80 years. In this role I work closely with a team of sales reps and designers to come up with the best graphic and structural solutions to our customer’s problems. We are always conceiving innovated ways to make a box more than a box, while still creating cost savings for our clients.Before advancing to my full time position at the Fremont Division, I was an intern for 2 semesters here. During that time my eyes were opened to the world of structural design. I was able to learn hands on from some of the best and most experienced designers GBP has to offer where we worked on projects with clients such as Whirlpool, Little Tikes, and MTD Products. Design is my passion because I enjoy working with my hands. Graphic and Structural design has enabled me to be both creative and hands on. Now I can take a thought, design it on a computer then cut it out on a CAD table. Being able to physically hold what was once just an idea is truly satisfying.I graduated from Bowling Green State University in their cross media program, Visual Communication Technology earning a Bachelor of Science in Technology.I’m always interested in hearing from former classmates, colleagues, or just other artists, so feel free to contact me if you’d like to connect.
