My goal is to support my clients in any aspect of their businesses by using the knowledge I have acquired in over twenty six years of retail automotive experience. I use the skills I've developed to partner with new clients and coach, teach and train them on best practices that will make them successful. I'm passionate about the auto industry and committed to the success of my dealers. I enjoy being able to customize a plan to help individual dealers meet their own objectives by continually learning and sharing industry best practices. Working for an amazing company backed by Cox Automotive allows me to stay active in my community. I enjoy volunteering as a youth hockey coach with the Capital City Vipers organization. I believe that this experience also helps build strong communication skills and expectation management that helps with my career.
