- Sustainably manage over 28,000 acres of land owned by Grey Sauble Conservation Authority (GSCA) for multiple objectives including wildlife habitat and features, recreational opportunities, and revenue generation through sustainable harvest operations. - Seasonally engage private landowners to plant over 60,000 trees per year throughout the GSCA watershed. - Assist private landowners with Managed Forest (Stewardship) Plan submission to MNRF through the Managed Forest Tax Incentive Program. - Work private landowners to understand their forested properties, and provide concrete plans to reach their desired goals and objectives. - Lead a small but passionate team of forest technicians.

Management - Efficiently manage day to day operations of GSA department with 8-10 interns. - Train internships how to digitize, geocode and create visually appealing maps.Internship - Efficiently geocoded large datasets (>1000 records) with 90-95% accuracy - Conducted, lead and developed field studies for retail channel analysis purpose and development of maps - Led numerous workshops for other Associates. Topics included retail store layout and map analysis. - Developed Trade Area Analysis for use by MAI staff. - Updated existing databases (>3000 records) and performed Quality Assurance (QA) checks using MS SQL.
