I am the Director of Communications at USA Basketball, the national governing body for basketball in the United StatesPrior to my current position, I was the director, communications and media strategy at U.S. Figure Skating, the national governing body for the sport figure skating in the United States. I led the media relations efforts for Team USA athletes, as well as media operations at major events held in the United States. I also managed the organization's relationship with digital partners NBC Sports Gold and NBCSports.com. I served as the press officer for the U.S. Olympic Figure Skating Team at the 2018 Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang, South Korea.In 2022, I also served a short stint as the Director of Public Relations at PointsBet, a premier sports betting operator. In 2015-16, I also served as the main media contact for USA Badminton, including at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in BrazilPrior to the Olympic Movement, I was a graduate assistant in the University of Georgia Sports Communications department while I got my Masters degree in Sport Management and Policy (May 2014).In May 2012, I graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Journalism from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. As an undergraduate, I was a student assistant in the University of Georgia Sports Communications department.
