MLS (Manufacturing Line Support) South Sound Lead-Manage daily activities of MLS technicians.-Plan PAW (Proactive Area Walk) Schedules.-Work with Client Computer Representatives to maintain Manufacturing Line computer systems.Staff Augment for KC-46 Tanker Project.-Onsite Computer Support.-Video Teleconferencing Technician.(Tandberg systems)-Conference Room Support. (Audio Visual support) Remote Desktop Management Technician, Unix Technician-Diagnose and repair XP and Windows 7 systems remotely -Work tickets through Remedy ticket management software. Unix Hardware Technican-Diagnose and Repair UNIX systems hardware issues in all Puget Sound [Client] Facilities. -Work with Remedy ticket management software. -Repair systems within the standards and the satisfaction of users. -Track parts inventories.

Responsibilities included: Keeping track of incoming and outgoing MSRs (Orders). Staging shipments to cross dock for delivery and receipt in the South Sound area. Imaging machines with both Catia V4 (Unix AIX) and Catia V5 (XP) images. Loading software per customer request. Deployment of systems to customers at desk locations Field installs for system upgrades. Managed facilities moves ranging from 10-100 customers. Troubleshoot minor hardware and network issues.

- Managed a large team of technicians for the planning, staging, deployment and installation of LCD monitors on [Client] campuses throughout the Puget Sound Area. Team averaged 750 monitors per night.- Imaged and installed new systems deployment for the 2005 [Client] Refresh Project. - Receiving shipments from whole sellers, staged preparation for deployment, delivered and deployed systems and hardware upgrades.
