As a Software Engineer at ConnectWise, I was tasked with the maintenance and development of a wide variety of internal applications and software tools for a business IT automation provider, leveraging a wide range of technology including .NET Core, WebApi, ASP.NET Core, Javascript, Python, and Amazon Web Services.In my roles I was responsible for the maintenance, development, and redesign of legacy internal on-boarding applications, the marketing CMS site, and an array of internal billing and product management services. I took over the .NET Core internal product management project as the primary developer, and collaborated with both code reviews and new development with the Single Sign-on user management service. This involved regular cooperation between cross-functional teams to deliver improvements to services and procedures.I was regularly required to learn new projects as the needs of the company and team changed, and was able to contribute to disparate products seamlessly. I have experience working with AWS lambda services, both modern and legacy .NET Core / .NET web applications deployed through IIS and AWS CloudFormation. I was responsible for an internal product management tool which allowed for management and support teams to maintain product and partner data, and improved the ease of correcting partner data issues.

Full-stack developer for Comic Book Certification Service, working with an AngularJS web application using a C# / .NET Core backend. I leveraged a wide variety of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including architecture and management of Azure Table Storage solutions, Azure Queues for messaging and asynchronous processing, and Web Jobs to run scheduled cloud services.I was responsible for the maintenance and new development of both the internal application used by CBCS in its internal product life cycle, as well as the customer facing website which allowed customers to create order submissions, view news and updates to offered services, and view a history of the customer's orders with grading information and additional media of their books made available.As a Software Developer at CBCS I was responsible for the design of new features and updates to the existing production application and customer site. I designed and implemented a gallery feature which allowed graders to select books of exceptional quality and display these in a public list. I further helped implemented significant updates to the receiving system, allowing for a new rapid order process for on-site services at conventions.During my time I became skilled at working between multiple non-development teams for requirements and direct feedback, leading to updates to improve employee efficiency and usability.
