About Michael Gallego

Thanks for taking a moment to view my profile. I am a business development professional with a passion for outreach. At every step in my career I have gravitated toward building relationships with people and finding solutions to their needs in a consultative manner. I have a strong background in sales development, prospecting, booking meetings, presentations, business closing and ongoing service. I also have extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising, including annual appeals, individual and corporate solicitation, database management and development reporting on an organization-wide scale. All that might tell you a little about my professional career, but no sense of me as a person. If there is one thing I can leave you with as a sense of who I am, it is that I take pride in my work and above all try to treat every person I interface with, with the respect that they deserve as people. Being a relationship builder, each individual represents an opportunity to leave a great impression and it has become my life’s endeavor to make each of those impressions as positive as I can. I am passionate about alumni network leadership, social enterprises, job transition support and raising my three children as best I can. If you are a fellow alumni network/chapter/club leader- connect with me! If you are looking for support in a job transition, take a look at Career Resource Center in Lake Forest. I volunteer there and they are a great organization.

This included advising on a wide range of accounts already housed at Morgan Stanley. The goal was to re-engage stagnant client relationships which had gone cold for various reasons. Deal sizes ranged from $250,000 to $1,000,000 and up.All business was based on a full sales cycle, including marketing, prospecting, securing meetings, presenting, closing and continued service of accounts.
