Follow and apply Carrier NSC rules and regulations. Maintain a safe work environment following all WCB regulations. Investigate all work place injuries with the safety and training department using the employer incident investigation report (EIIR)Monitor and regularly manage operator attendance/sleepers. Work collaboratively with Abilities Management, HR, and other related professionals, with the goal of supporting the operator in reducing absenteeism or returning to regular job duties. Assist operators with Alterative work duties through the stay on board Program. Spend time out on the road recognizing the positives, acknowledging operator's length or service, REV and Customer Compliments. Work with HR in active recruitment for Transit Operators.
