Responsible for the gathering, review, analysis, interpretation, and management of information about my client’s market space, product array, and services to be offered. In addition to those responsibilities I review and refine existing research, as well as produce new research about the characteristics, spending habits, location, and needs of the target market, the industry as a whole, and competitors. I also serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and communications to employees as required.

The mission of the Manager, Client Experience is to ensure Cx client success resulting in full engagement, longevity and positive word-of-mouth. The role’s primary responsibility is the management of Voice if Customer (VOC) and Voice of Employee (VOE) clients. This includes supporting the design and system configuration steps through to clearly articulating and delivering the ‘one thing’ clients need to address in order to achieve their Cx goals. Created and implemented food safety programs following the USDA and Primus GFS standards. Train all employees on the principles and standard operating procedures of the food safety program. Continually monitor food safety program along with proper documentation supporting that all standards are being followed. Meet with senior management to periodically review the food safety program along with any recommendations to enhance the program.
