CurrentDevelop an understanding of customer's business processes and industry. Identify and leverage Key Performance Indicators to prioritize business outcomes, demonstrate business value to customer, and optimize Microsoft solutions. Develops strategic intent with customer through envisioning and use case development. Work with customers to create stakeholder map, deployment plan, success strategy, and journey maps. Listen to and challenge customer decisions when appropriate. Work with stakeholders to execute against deployment plan. Guide customers to manage change initiatives. Helps customers define and realize their transformational targets. Engage and build relationships with partners. Contribute to internal account strategy and engage in joint solution identification with internal teams and stakeholders. Ensure operational excellence through consumption process compliance and managing pipeline, engagements, and blockers. Lead Rhythm of Business (ROB) and reports on overall health. Act as the voice of the customer/partner to internal teams and establish trusted advisor status with the customer/partner. Participate in relevant communities by sharing success stories, connecting customers to relevant communities and programs, and contributing to new frameworks, initiatives, programs, and workshops. Proactively aligns with internal teams on customers' business priorities. Collects external information on customer business, needs, and strategy. Develop a deep understanding of customer's business lines, business processes, business outcomes, competition, key personas, digital transformation priorities, and industry trends. Regularly meet with and hold conversations with customer stakeholders and business decision makers to create and update stakeholder maps. Ensure customer insights are communicated to internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Specialists, Account teams). Cultivate successful outcomes as case studies to accelerate velocity of all current and future customers.
