- Responsible for $6 million+ in annual fundraising from 80+ corporate, foundation, and government sources. - In first year, raised $4 million in new campaign funding for Gerard Mortier’s inaugural 2009-2010 season. - After Mortier’s departure, maintained institutional giving levels at 70% of former levels during a dark season with no mainstage performances due to the renovation of the David H. Koch Theater.- Created position of Associate Director of Development Communications, reporting to me, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive communications, marketing, and public relations messaging plan aimed at cultivating and stewarding new donors in a moment of transition and renewal.- Oversaw and directed creation of City Opera’s first newsletter in more than five years. - Oversee board-level Education and VOX Committees.- Supervised staff of three. Mellon Foundation.- $1 million in production support for Saint Francois D’Assise from The Alice Tully Foundation.- $600,000 closing grant from the Mary Flagler Cary Charitable Trust, $100,000 more than requested due, in part, to “the exceptional quality of the proposal.”- $50,000 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act grant administered by the NEA.

This was the Garden’s first NEH exhibition grant.- $213,225 capital grant from the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation’s Environmental Protection Fund for the restoration of the grounds surrounding the Snuff Mill. - Three consecutive $150,000 (full funding) IMLS “Museums for America” grants.- $100,000 grant (full funding) from the NYS Department of Environmental Protection’s Invasive Species Eradication Program, the largest grant awarded in New York State that year. - $60,000 grant from the Robert Sterling Clark Foundation for a new retail licensing program.

Provided an array of nonprofit fundraising and management services, ranging from copywriting, editing, and grantwriting, to program planning and evaluation, conference organizing, and research, to a broad array of arts and cultural organizations across New York City and beyond, including the Alliance for the Arts, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Center for an Urban Future, The Conference Board, Creative Cities, Dance/NYC, New York Foundation for the Arts, New York State Council on the Arts, The Pew Charitable Trusts, and the Queens Museum of Art.
